Jade Fletcher

Jade Fletcher

Clarinet

Jade has been playing clarinet since Year 5, thanks to the Instrumental Music Schools Services program. She is involved in other music programs at St George’s such as Swing Band and represented the school at the 2021 Anglican Schools Commission Combined Schools Concert. Jade looks forward to all the musical opportunities that St George’s provides in her future years to come, as well as performing at her first FRINGE WORLD in 2023.

Harvey Miller

Trombone

Harvey Miller is a young musician at St Georges Anglican Grammar School. He can play many instruments, but specialises in Trombone and Bass Guitar. Harvey has performed at the Anglican Schools Commission Combined Schools Concert in the select Jazz Ensemble and Orchestra, has was accepted into the Advanced Music Program at St Georges. He is currently in five school bands, and also in independent band No Pun Intended with some of his classmates. He has been a member of Electrocity Ensemble since Year 7.

Guitar and Bass

Zara has been playing guitar since Year 2. She is in Vocal ensemble, her Rock Band, Chapel Band, Electrocity Ensemble and the Advanced Music Program. Along with performing in Sounds at Sunset concerts and Freedom Festival, she is looking forward to Perth’s FRINGE WORLD in 2023 and all the unique musical opportunities St George’s has to offer.

Allison Diputado

Allison Diputado

Vocals

Allison has been playing music since the age of 3. She hs always loved singing and playing the piano, and growing up experienced being involved in church choirs, school rock bands, giving her an opportunity to perform in different parts of her homeland in the Philippines. Allison also plays the guitar and writes and records her own songs. Allison is also involved in school rock bands, vocal ensemble and performs at school concerts. She is looking forward to work with Electrocity Ensemble and performing in Fringe World Festival. She loves how music can be subjective and tells wonderful stories.

Phoebe Monk

Flute

Phoebe started music in year one and took up flute in year four. She is in the Advanced Music Program at St George’s Anglican Grammar School and plays flute in Jazz Band and Swing Band. She has recently started playing alto flute and piccolo and is considering adding the bass flute to her list of instruments. She joined Electrocity Ensemble at the end of 2023 and her first performance with the group was at the Sounds at Sunset at the Quarry Amphitheatre. She enjoys the challenge and process of creating new music with the other students in Electrocity.

Alec Farrell

Keyboards and Synth

Alec started playing piano in year one, and took up trombone in year five through the Instrumental Music School Services program. As well as Electrocity Ensemble he is involved in other bands at St George’s bands such as, Swing Band, Brasstermind and Chapel Band and Singers. Alec successfully auditioned for the Advanced Music Program at St George’s and really enjoys the course, not because he gets to miss some classes, but because the Music Department always has something awesome planned for everyone every lesson!

Lawson Forrester

Lawson Forrester

Percussion

Lawson has been passionate about percussion since Year 3. Upon joining St George’s, he immediately became an active participant in the music program. He joined the Chapel Band, Year 7 Rock Band, and his own band, Imagine Unicorns. Lawson was accepted into the Advanced Music Program, showcasing his dedication to growth.

Since then, Lawson has expanded his musical involvement by joining the Lunchtime DJing Events Crew and forming a new band, No Pun Intended, which recently won the school’s Battle of the Bands. He is also part of Electrocity Ensemble. Lawson takes full advantage of studying in the heart of the city, regularly performing at termly Sounds@Sunset events in the iconic venues of Perth and the school’s annual music festivals. His ultimate goal is to attend WAAPA (Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts) to pursue classical percussion.

Lua Habibi

Lua Habibi

Vocals

Lua started playing and learning music in early childhood. Her primary instrument is the Voice, and she also plays Guitar, Keys and Bass. Lua likes all genres of music, especially contemporary, jazz and pop. Growing up in a musical theatre household, Lua’s voice was a constant soundtrack, usually belting out tunes alongside her older sister.

Lua has been fortunate to sing for multiple bands and choirs, and has been a soloist in various concerts, assemblies and productions over the years. Lua joined St George’s midway through Year 9 in 2024 and looks forward to making music with Electrocity in 2025.

Indi Caudo

Indi Caudo

Bass

Indigo started music in Year One when she began learning Piano, and took up Bass Guitar in Year Three. She is in the Advanced Music Program and plays Bass Guitar in both the Rock Band and Swing Band. She also sings in the Chapel Band and performed as Middle Elsa in the school production of ‘Frozen’. Indigo began taking Voice lessons last year, which has further developed her vocal skills. She joined Electrocity Ensemble at the end of 2023, and her first performance with the group was at the Sounds at Sunset event at Perth’s iconic Quarry Amphitheatre. She enjoys the challenge and process of creating new music with the other students in Electrocity Ensemble.

Blake Hutton

Blake Hutton

Cello

Blake Hutton has been playing the Cello since Year Four, honing his skills and passion for music. In 2024, he joined Electrocity Ensemble, adding to his involvement in other school bands such as Chapel Band, Swing Band, and Jazz Ensemble to explore his growing interest in songwriting and production. Now serving as the 2025 Music Prefect, Blake blends his classical training with modern musical styles, in hopes of furthering his musical expertise.
